£20 Free Play in club:

1. The ‘Grosvenor Casinos £20 welcome’ promotion (“The Promotion”) will run from receipt of the communication for 30 days

2. To claim the offer, customers with the valid communication should enter their membership card into an ER or Slots machine to load their Promotional Play balance. Tickets can then be printed and taken to a table game if preferred.

3. The £20 Promotional Play balance is for use on any game

4. Promotional Play cannot be exchanged or part-exchanged for cash and must be played through or forfeited

5. Promotional Play has a validity of 72 hours after being claimed before becoming void

6. The Promotion is subject to availability, legal restrictions and is at the discretion of management and available to over 18s only.

7. Customers who are Self-Excluded or Barred from the Casinos for any reason are not eligible to participate in this promotion

8. There is no cash or other alternative to The Promotion in whole or in part. The offers are non-transferable
